The Cohen Research Group

The research group of Seth M. Cohen is located at the University of California, San Diego in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. In our research group, undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers perform a variety of investigative studies in the general areas of inorganic, bioinorganic, and supramolecular chemistry.

Welcome Newest Graduate Students January 2009 - The Cohen group two new gradute students - Jessica Fullagar and Kim Negoescu. Both Jessica and Kim will be working on metalloprotein inhibitors.

Welcome to Dr. Christoph Volkringer February 2009 - The Cohen laboratory welcomes its newest postdoctoral fellow, Christoph Volkringer. Christoph is a graduate of the University of Versailles, where he worked in the area of metal-organic framework chemistry with Prof. Gerard Ferey.
